Job summary

NuBlue Electric Plumbing Air LLC is seeking a Field Supervisor to lead field technicians, drive revenue, and raise operational efficiency. You will coach technicians, support service calls, and ensure timely, high-quality work while developing the next generation of performers and leaders.

The role is hands-on and field‑based, requiring daily travel between job sites and collaboration with the General Manager to optimize scheduling, training, and sales processes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading field technicians in a hands-on, revenue-driven role.
• Willingness to travel daily between job sites.
• Ability to train apprentices and develop next-up talent.
• Strong communication with General Manager and cross-team coordination.
• Comfort with stepping into service calls or sales as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive department revenue and production to exceed goals.
• Support technicians in the field to convert opportunities into work.
• Provide hands-on field support, run service calls when needed.
• Mentor technicians and identify Next Up talent.
• Train and enforce CRM and sales processes.
• Communicate field status and opportunities to leadership.
