Job summary

Opportunity Interactive is seeking an HVAC Field Service Manager to lead a local team of technicians, coach through ride-alongs, manage diagnostics and ensure safety and quality. You will partner with dispatch to assign calls by skill and drive growth through ongoing training.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in heavy commercial/industrial HVAC, strong communication, and certifications such as EPA 608 (NATE preferred). A take-home vehicle and competitive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Journeyman HVAC background with 10+ years of heavy commercial/industrial field experience.
• Proven ability to coach, communicate and build trust with technicians of different experience levels.
• EPA 608 Universal certification and a valid driver’s license (NATE certification preferred).

Responsibilities

• Coach technicians through ride-alongs, field observations, one-on-ones, skill sign-offs and practical development plans.
• Be available for technical questions and assist with difficult diagnostics as needed.
• Provide clear feedback, recognize good work and maintain safety, workmanship, documentation and customer care standards.
• Partner with dispatch and service leadership to match calls to technician skill while creating growth opportunities.
• Support onboarding, training, certifications and career-ladder advancement for technicians at every level.
• Review callbacks, warranty issues and customer escalations; coach the team toward stronger first-time fixes.
