Job summary

The role emphasizes safety, coaching, and the ability to cover routes during staffing shortages, with opportunities to mentor technicians and improve processes across the service area.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience with BFC Solutions or relevant external experience.
• Proven track record in safety, service attainment, and leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement field service improvements with a focus on profitability and safety.
• Provide operational support to technicians and lead morning huddles.
• Train and cross-train technicians, building strong team knowledge and culture.
• Serve as subject matter expert on products, safety requirements, scopes of work, and daily expectations.
• Travel as needed to cover routes, including overnight/weekend work.
