The right person will bring strong air-duct or related field service knowledge along with the leadership skills to develop experienced technicians, improve consistency, and help build a field organization positioned for continued growth.

• Lead field crews across residential and commercial service calls, balancing hands-on support with clear direction, accountability, and job-site ownership.
• Coach technicians in real time, strengthen troubleshooting habits, and build consistent service practices through practical training and feedback.
• Review active and completed work for workmanship, documentation, site cleanliness, customer experience, and adherence to service standards.
• Step into the work when coverage gaps, complex jobs, call-outs, or urgent field issues require an experienced set of hands.
• Coordinate daily field needs with office partners, including schedule adjustments, staffing concerns, customer issues, and job requirements.
• Maintain readiness of service vehicles, tools, and cleaning equipment while reinforcing safe operating practices and proper care of company assets.
• Help improve field processes as the service organization grows, bringing practical ideas that strengthen communication, consistency, and technician performance.

Skill Set:

• Proven experience leading, managing, or training field service technicians in a foreman, lead technician, field manager, service manager, or comparable role.
• Hands-on knowledge of air duct cleaning or a closely related service trade, with the technical confidence to guide experienced technicians from the start.
• Established success coaching and developing technicians, including training, mentoring, performance feedback, and knowledge transfer.
• Willingness to remain active in the field, including troubleshooting, job-site supervision, quality checks, coverage support, and hands-on service work.
• Working knowledge of customer service, field quality assurance, equipment care, service vehicle readiness, and daily service operations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technicians, office staff, and customers while keeping field priorities organized and moving forward.
• Ability to perform physically demanding field work and maintain flexibility for occasional evening, weekend, overnight, or travel-based assignments as business needs require.
