Job summary

BFC Solutions is seeking a Lead Service Technician to oversee field operations across multiple regions, train and develop technicians, and provide operational leadership. The role blends hands-on service with coaching, planning, and cross-department coordination.

The candidate will travel to support routes, conduct safety audits, and drive service attainment while maintaining high standards of customer service and technical proficiency.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience with BFC Solutions or relevant external experience.
• Strong teaching and coaching skills, with the patience to train and develop technicians.
• Ability to interpret dashboards and queries to monitor performance and guide daily priorities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and improve service operations by partnering with the Regional Service Manager to meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals.
• Provide operational support by responding to technician calls, leading morning huddles, and tracking progress.
• Train and cross-train technicians, foster teamwork, and reinforce safety culture on site.
• Serve as subject matter expert on products, safety requirements, and daily expectations; cover routes as needed and oversee route coverage.
