Job summary

Johnson Barrow is seeking a Service Field Supervisor to lead HVAC field service operations, coach technicians, and manage scheduling while upholding safety and quality standards. The role acts as the bridge between field staff and service leadership, driving performance and strong customer relationships.

You will support technician development, participate in safety programs, and help optimize service processes to meet divisional goals and deliver exceptional service outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, and accountability for Field Service Technicians and Lead Service Technicians.
• Oversee daily field operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality.
• Coordinate technician scheduling, workforce planning, and resource allocation.
• Monitor team performance and documentation quality to meet divisional goals.
• Promote safety culture and support technician development.
