Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 4–5 years of related experience; shift supervisor experience preferred.
• Ability to meet physical requirements (stooping, standing, walking, ladders, lifting 50 lbs+).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and analytical skills; math proficiency for basic calculations.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain HVAC equipment to ensure compliance with codes and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine corrective actions for HVAC systems and related electrical/plumbing components.
• Perform regular preventive and emergency maintenance and document work in records.
• Operate company vehicles as part of daily duties and coordinate with teams to ensure service quality.
• Share HVAC knowledge with team members and coach others on best practices.
