Carrier Enterprise is seeking an Account Executive for our Chesapeake, VA area to drive sales and margin growth by identifying and recruiting new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves significant field activity, up to 80% time in the field.

You will work with licensed HVAC dealers and contractors, presenting our product lines, negotiating terms, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver value.

• Proven experience in sales with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales and margin targets.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base.
• Maintain awareness of HVAC contractors in the defined territory and build relationships with key decision-makers.
• Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
• Document all sales activity in Salesforce for ongoing evaluation of the pipeline and revenue forecasts.
