Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Facilities Management Service Technician to maintain restaurant and building equipment across Hardee's locations. You will troubleshoot, repair, or replace equipment, train staff on proper use, and oversee daily maintenance and inventory in a fast-paced environment.

EPA certifications (Type I & II) are required, as is a valid driver's license and at least 2 years of service/repair experience. A background check and drug screen will be conducted.

Qualifications

• EPA Type I and II certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of service/repair experience.
• Refrigeration experience is a plus.
• Commercial restaurant equipment repair experience is a plus.
• Good references.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Repair all equipment and facility items in a timely, high-quality manner per company standards.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and/or replace equipment and systems as directed.
• Evaluate when to subcontract repairs based on time and cost.
• Respond to calls 24/7 and maintain professional communication with Senior Service Tech.
• Log all repairs and time, location, parts, and status using laptop/handheld device.
