Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring Facilities Management Service Technicians to maintain restaurant and building equipment across our Hardee's locations.

You will troubleshoot, repair, and replace equipment, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and control systems, while training operations staff on proper use and maintenance. This role requires a valid driver's license, EPA Type I/II certification, and at least two years of service/repair experience.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Type I & II EPA certification (Universal EPA preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of service/repair experience.
• Refrigeration experience is a plus.
• Commercial restaurant equipment repair experience a plus.
• Good references.
• Able to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Repair equipment and facility items to company standards.
• Maintain truck stock inventory and charge/bill items used for repairs.
• Manage tools, equipment, and materials on-site.
• Log calls, time, and repair details using laptop/handheld.
• Respond to staffing shortages, emergencies, or new equipment rollouts.
• Complete administrative duties promptly and accurately.
• Inspect and maintain company vehicle for 24/7 readiness.
• Communicate with Senior Service Tech and management.

Skills

Valid driver's license

2+ years service/repair experience
