Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Facilities Management Service Technician to maintain restaurant and building equipment at Hardee’s locations nationwide. You will troubleshoot, repair, and train staff on proper use.

You will inspect HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, and plumbing systems, manage tools and stock on site, and document work using a laptop or handheld device. EPA Type I/II certification and a valid driver’s license are required; we offer medical/dental/vision, 401(k), paid

Qualifications

• EPA Type I & II certification required or Universal EPA preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of service/repair experience.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Experience with restaurant equipment and HVAC systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Repair all equipment and building systems in a timely, high-quality manner.
• Train staff on proper use and maintenance of equipment.
• Maintain on-site tools, equipment, and stock; log repairs and parts usage.
• Respond to service requests 24/7 and coordinate with Senior Tech.
