Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Facilities Management Service Technician to maintain restaurant and building equipment, train staff on proper use and maintenance, and respond to repairs around the clock.

The role supports our Hardee’s franchise operations and office facilities. Requirements include EPA Universal Certification (Type I/II), basic Heating/AC knowledge, and at least two years of service/repair experience plus a valid driver’s license; veterans are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Repair all equipment and prescribed facility items in a timely and high quality manner according to company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and/or replace equipment, store systems, and/or perform other repairs as needed with designated guidelines.
• Inspect, maintain, and perform daily maintenance on company van to assure proper running condition to respond to calls quickly 24/7.
