Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Facilities Management Service Technician to maintain restaurant and building equipment across our Hardee’s sites. You will train staff on proper use and maintenance and ensure operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing equipment; overseeing shop inventory; using laptops to log work; and coordinating with senior techs for complex repairs. EPA certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• EPA Universal Certification or EPA Type 1 and 2 Certification required.
• Basic knowledge of Heating/AC required.
• Minimum of 2 years of Service/Repair Experience required.
• Refrigeration Experience is a plus.
• Commercial Restaurant Equipment Repair Experience a plus.
• Good references.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Repair restaurant and building equipment promptly and to high quality standards.
• Maintain and account for truck stock inventory and tools on-site.
• Use laptop/handheld to log calls, time, and nature of repair at each site.
• Inspect and maintain daily operations and respond to emergencies 24/7.
• Report needs to Senior Service Tech and coordinate on repairs.
