Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Management Service Technician to maintain restaurant and building equipment across Hardee's locations. You will troubleshoot, repair and replace equipment, train staff on proper use, and ensure 24/7 readiness for service calls.

The role requires EPA certification, HVAC/refrigeration knowledge, and 2+ years of service/repair experience. A valid driver's license and background/drug checks are required; benefits and growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Must have a Valid driver's license; EPA certification required (Universal EPA preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of service/repair experience; refrigeration experience a plus.
• Good references; ability to pass background check and drug screen; EPA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Repair all equipment and facility items in a timely, high-quality manner per company standards.
• Repair restaurant and commercial cooking equipment, ice/beverage, refrigeration, HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Maintain and account for truck stock inventory and equipment on-site.
• Log calls, time, and repairs using laptop or handheld device; document location and status.
• Inspect and maintain company van; respond to calls 24/7; coordinate with Senior Service Tech.
• Perform other tasks as directed; uphold BNE Vision and Values.
