Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Management Service Technician to maintain restaurant and building equipment across Hardee's locations.

You will troubleshoot, repair, and replace components, train staff on proper usage, and respond to service needs with 24/7 availability. Requirements include EPA Universal or EPA Type I/II certification, a valid driver's license, and at least 2 years of service/repair experience.

Qualifications

EPA Universal Certification or EPA Type I/II required.
Minimum 2 years of service/repair experience.
Refrigeration experience is a plus; Commercial restaurant equipment repair experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Repair restaurant and building equipment to company standards.
Maintain inventory and account for tools and parts on-site.
Inspect and maintain company vehicle and perform daily maintenance.
Respond to staffing shortages, new equipment rollouts, emergencies, and trainings as needed.
Complete administrative requirements accurately and timely using laptop/handheld devices.
