Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Management Service Technician to maintain restaurant and building equipment across Hardee’s locations. The role includes hands-on repair, preventive maintenance, training of staff on equipment use, and timely response to service calls 24/7.

A strong focus on safety and accuracy is required. Applicants should have EPA certifications, HVAC/refrigeration experience, and at least two years of service/repair experience, plus a valid driver’s

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of service/repair experience required.
• EPA Type I & II Certification required (EPA Universal Certification preferred).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and/or replace equipment and systems per company guidelines.
• Observe, evaluate, and determine when subcontracting is needed to repair or replace equipment.
• Repair equipment and building systems to quality standards; manage tools, supplies, and parts on-site.
