Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Facilities Management Service Technician to maintain restaurant and building equipment across our Hardee's locations. You will troubleshoot, repair, and service a wide range of equipment, train staff on proper use, and ensure peak operating condition with timely repairs.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• EPA Type I & II Certification required (Universal EPA preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of service/repair experience.
• Refrigeration experience is a plus.
• Commercial restaurant equipment repair experience is a plus.
• Good references and ability to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and/or replace equipment, store systems, and other repairs per company guidelines.
• Observe, evaluate, and determine the need to subcontract for repairs based on time and cost.
• Repair all equipment and building items to company standards; maintain tools and supplies on-site.
• Log calls and time, document location and repair status using laptop/handheld computer.
