Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. seeks a Facilities Management Service Technician to maintain restaurant and building equipment at Hardee's locations and offices. You will troubleshoot, repair, or replace systems while training staff on proper use and maintenance, ensuring peak site performance.

Responsibilities include daily maintenance, equipment inspections, and timely documentation of work. EPA certification, a valid license, and 2+ years of repair experience are required.

Qualifications

• EPA Type I and II certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of service/repair experience.
• Refrigeration experience is a plus.
• Commercial restaurant equipment repair experience a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good references.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and replace equipment and systems per guidelines.
• Evaluate when subcontracting is appropriate based on time and cost.
• Maintain tools, parts, and vehicle; document repairs and activities daily.
• Assist in staffing shortages, new equipment rollouts, and emergencies.
• Log maintenance data using laptop/handheld computer at each site.
