Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises is seeking a Facilities Management Service Technician to maintain restaurant and building equipment at Hardee's locations. You will train operational staff on proper use and maintenance, troubleshoot and repair equipment, and help ensure 24/7 readiness across sites.

The role requires EPA Type I & II certification, a valid driver’s license, and at least two years of service/repair experience, with refrigeration and commercial restaurant repair experience considered a

Qualifications

• EPA Type I and II certification required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Minimum 2 years of service/repair experience.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain restaurant equipment and facility systems to high quality standards.
• Inventory and secure tools and parts on-site; document repairs and parts used.
• Respond to emergencies and support during staffing shortages and rollouts.
• Inspect and maintain company van; ensure readiness for 24/7 calls.
