Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. seeks a Facilities Management Service Technician to maintain restaurant and building equipment across our Hardee's sites.

You will troubleshoot, repair, and train staff on proper equipment use, ensuring peak operation and uptime. Applicants should have EPA certification, a valid driver's license, and at least two years of service/repair experience; refrigeration knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have EPA Class I and II or Universal EPA certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of service/repair experience in restaurant equipment or HVAC related trades.
• Valid driver's license required for travel to sites.
• Refrigeration experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, or replace restaurant and building equipment according to company guidelines.
• Maintain and secure all tools, supplies, and parts on-site; manage truck stock and parts inventory.
• Operate and log repairs using laptop/handheld devices; document locations, times, and parts used.
• Assist in staffing shortages, new equipment rollouts, emergencies, and training of personnel.
