Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Facilities Management Service Technician to maintain restaurant and building equipment at our Hardee's locations.

You will service HVAC, refrigeration, lighting, and small electronics, and train onsite staff on proper use and maintenance. This role requires EPA Type I/II (Universal) certification, a valid driver's license, and at least two years of service/repair experience, preferably with commercial restaurant equipment.

Qualifications

• EPA Universal Certification or EPA Type I/II required.
• Minimum of 2 years of service/repair experience.
• Refrigeration experience is a plus.
• Commercial restaurant equipment repair experience a plus.
• Good references and ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Repair equipment and facility items to company standards in a timely, high-quality manner.
• Maintain truck stock inventory and accurately bill items used for repairs.
• Log calls and repairs using laptop/handheld device at each site.
• Inspect and maintain company van; respond 24/7 as needed.
• Assist in staffing shortages, new equipment rollouts, emergencies, and training.
