Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Management Service Technician to maintain restaurant and building equipment across Hardee’s locations. You will repair equipment, train staff on proper use, and support 24/7 response with company vehicles and tools.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in service/repair, Refrigeration exposure, and an EPA certification. A valid driver’s license and a team-focused mindset are required to join our caring workplace.

Qualifications

• EPA Type I & II EPA certification required (Universal EPA preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of service/repair experience required.
• Refrigeration experience is a plus.
• Commercial restaurant equipment repair experience is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Repair all equipment and facility items in a timely, high quality manner according to company standards.
• Maintain and account for truck stock inventory and tools on-site.
• Log calls, time, location, and repairs using company devices.
• Inspect and perform daily maintenance on the company vehicle for readiness 24/7.
• Assist in staffing shortages, emergencies, and new equipment rollouts as needed.
