Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Management Service Technician to maintain restaurant and building equipment across our Hardee’s locations.

You will troubleshoot, repair, and service equipment, train operations staff, and help ensure peak performance of all systems 24/7. Requirements include EPA Universal or Type 1/2 certification, a valid driver's license, 2+ years of service/repair experience, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen; refrigeration

Qualifications

• EPA Universal Certification or EPA Type 1 and 2 Certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of service/repair experience.
• Refrigeration experience is a plus; commercial equipment repair experience is advantageous.
• Valid driver's license; ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Basic knowledge of Heating/AC systems.

Responsibilities

• Repair all equipment and facility items in a timely and high-quality manner according to company standards.
• Triage and troubleshoot restaurant and building equipment; determine need to subcontract when appropriate.
• Inspect and maintain building control systems, HVAC, refrigeration, and related equipment.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory; log repairs and time for each site.
• Provide training to operational personnel on proper equipment use and maintenance.
• Respond to emergencies and staffing shortages as needed; complete administration promptly.
