Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking Facilities Management Service Technicians to maintain restaurant and building equipment across Hardee's locations.

You will troubleshoot, repair and replace systems, train staff on proper use, and ensure 24/7 readiness. Requirements include EPA Type I/II (Universal preferred), a valid driver’s license, and at least two years of service/repair experience; refrigeration/restaurant equipment repair experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• EPA Type I/II certification is required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Minimum of 2 years of service/repair experience.
• Refrigeration experience is a plus.
• Commercial restaurant equipment repair experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Repair and service restaurant and building equipment to company standards.
• Maintain truck stock, tools, and on-site inventory.
• Log repairs and time in laptop/handheld systems.
• Assist during staffing shortages, emergencies, and new equipment rollouts.
• Perform daily vehicle maintenance and respond to calls 24/7.
• Represent Boddie-Noell Enterprises professionally and uphold company policies.
