This individual contributor role has no direct reports; you will close multi-location groups where one signed deal opens the next, leveraging inbound and SDR-led meetings to feed the pipeline.

Qualificações

• Proven history closing $1M+ annual deals with multi-location buyers.
• Experience selling to HVAC groups or multi-location enterprise clients.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision-makers.

Responsabilidades

• Own full sales cycle from discovery to close for large multi-location HVAC groups.
• Coordinate with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Expand accounts by adding locations and services after signing.
• Develop proposals with strategists and leadership for top deals.
