Qualifications

• History of closing $1M+ annually on large multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling to HVAC groups or marketing/agency services to multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with several decision makers.
• Prefer closing business over managing people.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle sales: discovery, proposal, negotiation, and close over 3–12 months.
• Sell to owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at table.
• Drive expansion to more locations and services after signing.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership on deals that matter most.
