Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Director of Business Development for HVAC, an AI-first digital agency handling websites, SEO, and paid media for multi-location HVAC and home service groups. You will own the largest multi-location HVAC deals from first meeting to signed contract, with no direct reports and a focus on multi-location expansion.

The seat carries a $2M annual quota, with leads provided by our sales development team or inbound.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of closing 1M+ annual deals in large multi-location accounts.
• Experience selling to HVAC groups or similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers.

Responsabilités

• Own the full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close over 3 to 12 months.
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Expand by adding more locations and services once a group signs.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership to craft proposals for the deals that matter most.
