Rheem Manufacturing Company is seeking a Field Technical Support Representative to serve the U.S. Midwest and Central Canadian district.

This field-based role requires proximity to a major airport and involves providing technical advice, installation guidance, and diagnostics to distributors, dealers, and customers. Responsibilities include on-site visits, training customers and technicians, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve field issues.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in a technical field is required.
• 5+ years direct HVAC or industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC refrigeration cycle.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer literacy and ability to perform physical tasks (lift up to 50 lbs, crawl, climb).
• Ability to travel roughly 50% of the time.

Responsabilités

• Provide tier-one escalation support and diagnostic guidance for HVAC and building control issues.
• Coach, mentor, and train customers and HVAC technicians on best practices.
• Conduct site visits to investigate product failures and aid in training.
• Act as the technical liaison between customers, contractors, and internal teams to resolve field issues.
