Rheem Manufacturing Company is seeking a Field Technical Support Representative to deliver residential HVAC expertise across the Upper Midwest. The role is field-based and requires proximity to a major U.S. airport to support a wide dealer network.

You will provide installation, operation, and service guidance, and train distributors and dealers to ensure optimal system performance. This position offers travel within the Midwest and hands-on customer collaboration.

• Provide residential HVAC technical support and training to customers, distributors and dealers.
• Must be willing to work in the Upper Midwest field territory.
• Based near a major U.S. airport.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical advice on HVAC equipment installation, operation and service.

• Support customers across the Upper Midwest from a field-based location.

The Field Technical Support Representative will provide Residential HVAC technical advice and training to customers including distributors and their dealers on the proper application, installation, operation, and service of our products. This position will serve our Upper Midwest district. This position is field based within the Upper Midwest region and must be based near a major US airport.
