• Collaboration with Customer Service Team: Align on scheduling and urgent service needs with frontline reps.
• Data and Record Management: Enter and maintain service details and notes in ServiceTitan.
• Reporting and Metrics: Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly dispatch KPI reporting.
