Job summary

Bartlett Heating & Cooling, Inc. in Marietta, GA is seeking a Dispatcher to keep technicians, customers and the office moving efficiently during Tuesday–Saturday shifts, 9 AM–6 PM.

You will schedule and dispatch work, optimize routes, and coordinate with Customer Service to deliver a great customer experience. • 2+ years of dispatch or coordination experience.
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with maps and the local service area is helpful.
• HVAC knowledge is a plus.
• Comfortable using computers, scheduling software and phones.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch technicians efficiently.
• Build and adjust daily routes in real time.
• Prioritize calls based on urgency, location and technician skillset.
• Monitor job progress and communicate arrival updates.
• Keep technicians informed with job details, directions and updates.
• Partner with Customer Service to create a great customer experience.
• Track technician availability, time off and job completion.
• Maintain accurate job information in ServiceTitan.
• Help resolve scheduling conflicts and customer concerns.
• Find ways to reduce drive time and maximize technician capacity.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.

The Role

As our Dispatcher, you’ll be at the center of our daily operations, keeping technicians, customers and the office moving in the right direction.

You’ll:

What We’re Looking For

• ServiceTitan experience is a plus
