Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules and dispatch real-time boards.
• Communicate updates and changes to technicians and customers.
• Track service history and customer communications in the system.
• Ensure proper parts, POs, and IVR compliance for jobs.
• Support field teams and management with timely information.
• Collaborate with Regional Service Managers to schedule calls.
