Nextech is seeking a Dispatcher to be the linchpin between field technicians and customers in Illinois. You will coordinate schedules, manage service requests, and ensure technicians and customers are aligned and supported with professionalism and urgency.

This office‑based role requires strong communication, organization, and Excel proficiency, with growth opportunities within America’s largest HVAC/R service provider.

Qualifications

• Previous dispatch experience in service industry preferred.
• Top‑notch written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with a sense of urgency and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate real‑time dispatch boards and technician schedules.
• Communicate service updates and schedule changes to technicians and management.
• Track service history and customer communications in the database.
• Ensure parts, POs, and IVR compliance for jobs.
• Provide world‑class support to internal teams and customers.
• Collaborate with Regional Service Managers to schedule new calls.
• Handle data entry, purchasing, and regional support.
