HD Air in Springfield, MA is seeking a skilled Dispatcher to join our growing HVAC and Plumbing team. This role schedules and dispatches technicians, optimizes routes, handles inbound customer calls, and ensures accurate ticket data in our computer system.

Qualifications

• Two years of office or customer service experience required.
• Dispatch experience preferred.
• Professional appearance and strong customer service attitude.
• Able to plan and schedule work and work as a team.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch HVAC service and plumbing technicians, review and optimize routes.
• Answer incoming calls from existing customers and provide service with a positive, helpful attitude.
• Enter all ticket information accurately into the computer system.
• Create dispatch numbers for parts orders and follow up on orders.
• Schedule appointments for parts installation.
