Job summary

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch HVAC Service and Plumbing Technicians.
• Review and optimize routes.
• Answer incoming calls from existing customers.
• Ensure ticket information is entered in the computer correctly.
• Create dispatch numbers for parts ordered.
• Follow up on part orders and schedule appointments for parts installation.
