Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage dispatch and email throughout the day.
• Oversee the dispatch board in real-time and prioritize tasks.
• Contact customers with appointment updates and reschedule as needed.
• Schedule jobs when parts are available and dispatch technicians to sites.
• Optimize technician routing using maps and adjust for priority.
