Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year dispatch, scheduling, or customer service experience preferred.
• ServiceTitan or similar dispatch/CRM software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule technicians for appointments based on availability, skillset, and location.
• Track call volume and technician status to keep the schedule running smoothly.
• Adjust schedules quickly for emergencies, cancellations, or reschedules.
• Keep customers updated on appointment times and any delays.
• Give technicians the job details and directions they need before each call.
• Serve as the main point of contact for technicians throughout the day.
