Job summary

Quality Service Company, LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative - HVAC to serve as the single point of contact for scheduling and coordinating service calls. The role ensures technicians have the necessary tools, parts, and equipment to complete jobs promptly and maintain accurate records.

Strong communication and teamwork are essential, with potential OT during peak seasons. Experience with Service Titan is preferred, along with proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in dispatching or scheduling.
• Basic bookkeeping experience preferred.
• HVAC industry knowledge preferred.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Experience with multi-line phone systems.
• Service Titan experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate service calls, ensuring technicians have tools, parts, and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records and provide updates; inform all parties of changes.
• Handle communication with customers and field staff to ensure timely service.
