Job description

The HVAC Dispatcher will provide dispatching support for HVAC Installers/Technicians and Plumbers. Must have experience dispatching in the same or similar background.

Additional duties include answering a large number of telephone calls, scheduling preventative maintenance work, and managing return goods functions. This role may also involve purchasing and buying installation and repair equipment and parts. The dispatcher will work with large amounts of paperwork and some company and scheduling software systems in a very fast-paced and busy environment.

Requirements include accuracy, good clerical skills, strong organizational skills, and good multi-tasking abilities. Familiarity with and proficiency in typical office computer programs is necessary, along with a current, valid PA driver's license, and a diploma or GED. Due to the large volume of telephone work, you must be well-versed in telephone etiquette. Additionally, the ability to work with and around an assortment of varied personality types is essential.
