Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of dispatching experience.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls
• Assist with scheduling and organization on the dispatch board
• Review, resolve and close service tickets
• Efficiently schedule and route service calls to technicians
• Pre-call customers and page service tickets
• Resolve any open or incomplete tickets on board from the previous day
• Report any issues from the field to the Service Manager
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file document
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers

Skills

• 2 years of dispatching experience
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt and respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
