Job summary

Glendale Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a performance-driven HVAC Dispatcher to be the central hub of communication and logistics for our field technicians. You will manage service requests, assign jobs based on priority and location, and optimize schedules to maximize productivity.

In a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, you will maintain proactive communication with customers and staff, track progress, resolve inquiries, and ensure technicians are equipped with the right parts
