Formación

• Minimum 2 years of dispatching experience.
• Customer service experience or experience as a client service representative.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming calls.
• Schedule and route service calls to technicians.
• Review, resolve and close service tickets.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and accounts.
• Report field issues to the Service Manager.
• Follow procedures and policies.
• Engage customers and go the extra mile.
