ARS-Rescue Rooter in Indianapolis, IN is seeking an organized HVAC Dispatcher to coordinate daily scheduling and dispatch operations for the residential HVAC team. This role emphasizes timely technician dispatch, effective routing, and proactive communication with customers.

The ideal candidate has experience in dispatch or scheduling, strong MS Office skills, and familiarity with multi-line phone systems. This is an in-office position with opportunities for growth within a national service

Qualifications

• Prior experience in dispatch, scheduling, or call center environments.
• Experience coordinating field service teams (HVAC or home services preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and multi-line phone systems.
• Familiarity with local geography to support routing and scheduling.
• Must report daily to the office; no remote work available.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch HVAC technicians/installers to meet customer appointment times.
• Manage incoming service requests and schedule heating and air conditioning calls.
• Coordinate routing and job assignments to maximize efficiency.
• Monitor call flow through the dispatch system and HVAC platform.
• Communicate updates to technicians and customers about appointments.
• Support field teams by adjusting schedules and resolving routing issues.
• Maintain accurate service scheduling to keep technicians productive.
