The position requires prior dispatch or call center experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and reliable geographic knowledge to support routing. This is an in-office role with weekend rotation potential and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in dispatch, scheduling, or call center environments.
• Experience coordinating field service teams preferred (HVAC or home services).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and multi-line phone systems.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch HVAC service technicians efficiently to meet customer appointment times.
• Manage incoming service requests and schedule heating and air conditioning service calls.
• Coordinate technician routing and job assignments to maximize efficiency.
• Monitor call flow through the dispatch system and communicate updates to customers and technicians.
• Support field teams by adjusting schedules and resolving routing issues.
