Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules and manage service requests.
• Communicate updates to technicians and management.
• Track service history and customer communications.
• Ensure efficient daily schedules and timely work.
• Verify technician check-ins/outs and IVR compliance.
• Ensure technicians have parts and POs for jobs.
• Provide world-class support to internal teams and customers.
• Collaborate with Regional Service Managers to schedule calls.
• Manage data entry, purchasing, and regional support.
