Nextech in Tampa, FL, is seeking a Dispatcher to join its field service team. You’ll be the linchpin between technicians and customers, coordinating schedules, updating statuses, and ensuring timely, accurate service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage real-time dispatch boards to keep technician schedules current.
• Communicate service updates and schedule changes to technicians and management.
• Track service history, updates, and customer communications in the system.
• Coordinate daily schedules for efficiency and timely completions.
• Verify check-ins/outs and ensure IVR compliance.
• Ensure technicians have parts and POs to complete jobs.
• Provide strong support to internal teams and customers with urgency.
• Collaborate with Regional Service Managers to schedule new calls.
• Handle data entry, purchasing, and regional support tasks.
