Responsibilities

• Coordinating schedules and dispatch boards to keep technicians aligned.
• Communicating service updates, customer needs, and changes to technicians.
• Tracking service history and customer communications in the database.
• Coordinating daily schedules for efficiency, accuracy, and timely completion.
• Verifying technician check-ins/outs and IVR compliance.
• Ensuring technicians have the correct parts and POs to complete jobs.
• Providing world-class support to internal teams and customers with urgency.
• Collaborating with Regional Service Managers to schedule new calls.
• Managing data entry, purchasing, and regional support for your area.
