Nextech, a leading HVAC/R service provider based in the United States, is seeking a detail-focused Dispatcher to connect our field teams with customers and keep service flowing smoothly. This office-based role offers growth and a fast-paced environment that rewards accuracy and urgency.

You will coordinate schedules, manage service requests, and support regional operations to ensure timely, professional service delivery.

Qualifications

• Previous dispatch experience in a service industry is preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel and data entry.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Top-notch written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate real-time dispatch boards to keep technician schedules up to date.
• Communicate service updates and schedule changes to technicians and management.
• Track service history and customer communications in the system.
• Coordinate daily schedules for efficiency and accuracy.
• Verify technician check-ins/outs and IVR compliance.
• Ensure technicians have the correct parts and POs for jobs.
• Provide world-class internal and customer support with urgency and professionalism.
• Collaborate with Regional Service Managers to schedule new calls.
• Assist with data entry, purchasing, and regional support.
