• Previous dispatch experience (service industry preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage real-time dispatch boards and technician schedules.
• Communicate service updates and changes to technicians and management.
• Track service history, updates, and customer communications.
• Coordinate daily schedules for efficiency and timely completion.
• Verify technician check-ins/outs and IVR compliance.
• Ensure parts and POs are available to complete jobs.
• Provide world-class support to internal teams and customers.
