Job summary

Torrey Holistics in Los Angeles is seeking a proactive Dispatcher to be the primary point of contact for customers and field technicians. You will manage dispatch boards, schedule and adjust service visits, and ensure accurate notes and timely updates.

You will use Service Titan to book and dispatch client jobs, monitor statuses, and provide hourly and daily reporting. The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and the ability to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to handle high call volumes and stressful situations professionally.
• Proficient with computers and various software applications.

Responsibilities

• Take and return calls from customers and technicians; schedule/reschedule appointments.
• Monitor and optimize the dispatch board to assign calls to the right technicians.
• Book and dispatch client jobs using Service Titan.
• Provide hourly and daily reporting on booked appointments and call distributions.
• Collaborate with Service, Office, and Operations Managers to improve efficiency.
